Returns and Refund Policy:

Accepted within 30 days of purchase date.

Any merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be in original (Unused) condition complete with all tags, packing and copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during the shipping. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason.

Jewelry items require a return authorization from our customer service department and must be obtained before returning the jewelry items. Please contact us at info@jewelryandperfumes.com for all jewelry return authorizations.

• All return items are subject to inspection by our professional staff.
• Refunds will be issued within 72 hours after item received and inspected.
• Items that have been used or altered are not accepted for returns.
